MSI launches a new limited GTX 1080 GPU

MSI is a very well known brand for its products, since they offer great performance on their Motherboards,GPU and etc...,but today,MSI has launched a very special GPU called the GTX 1080 30th anniversary edition
we still have the same number of IO ports, one DVI-I,3 display ports and one HDMI which does the job well if its needed to connect multiple monitors, also the frame buffer of 8GB of GDDR5X is still the same on all 1080's but this GPU is offering higher core and memory clocks for better performance
i have to admit it,this backplate looks really nice and grabs the eye of the people who want a really cool looking waterblock,MSI went with a black and while color scheme which looks stellar and its a change from the usual black and red
This GPU requires an 8 and a 6 pin for power, and it has a TDP lower than 300 Watts which is good,it has more power phases than the Fouders Edition so its more stable if you want to push the clock really high, and that's where the cooling system comes in

EKWB has teamed up with MSI this time around and EK has made the cooling system for the GPU,which makes sure that the GPU won't throttle under load and keep it cool in other cards like the EVGA 1080 Hybrid which also has a great cooling system

“EK Water Blocks is very proud to be part of MSI 30th Anniversary celebration and exclusively for this project, we engineered and designed EK-XLC Predator 120 All-In-On liquid cooler, that is not available anywhere else,” said Niko Tivadar, EK R&D Chief. “Combining this AIO with never before seen GPU water block design, we created a very unique liquid cooling solution, making it a true collector’s piece.”

Leakes show the specs of the GTX 1050

Pascal is known for being the a jump from maxwell to a much efficient yet powerful architecture, with GPUs like the 1080,1070 and the new TITAN X having some pretty insane performance/watt ratio, now it's the 1050's roll to be in the competition.

Now coming with the GP107 chip which has 768 CUDA Cores,48 TMUs and 32 ROPs.a clock speed of 1318 MHz core and 1380 MHz boost clock which is around a 250 MHz jump over the GM107 GPU.This card should have 4 GB GDDR5 memory clocked at 7 GHz. This gives us 112 GB/s bandwidth on a 128-bit bus interface.
