Chrome to reviece some improvements on windows

Chrome for Windows gets Material Design and better battery management

The newest version of Chrome on windows (version 53) has some pretty big changes,first is the UI,now with a touch of material design so it looks even better than before,and "better" battery life for laptops,since chrome is known for eating battery and ram on low end laptops
